I was a personal trainer for almost a decade. I was also really into essential oils and their fragrant, soothing properties. I created a fragranced oil collection and thought it would be a great idea to learn how oils and ingredients interacted with the skin. Hence my education (obsession) began.
Never in my wildest dreams would I have known that a few years later I would have a natural gifting for healing acne, reversing cellular programming and also touching the soul. This is truly where my knowledge of nutrition and desire to learn the inner workings of skin collided. This intersection of health and skin’s performance is my sweet spot. I treat from the inside out.
